A Rare Freebie
Here's a chance to get a glimpse of the Total Matrix material at no charge.
On Saturday afternoon, 3/24/07, I am presenting a 1/2 day session on multi-project management based on material from Tony Rizzo's Total Matrix workshop.
Total Matrix is an engineered approach to Enterprise Project Management created by PDI. Total Matrix includes CCPM and then extends it with the other attributes necessary for success, such as robust project planning and appropriate measures of performance.

The presentation will include use of the Total Matrix simulator and will be held in Bothell, Washington, USA. I have room for only two more people in this workshop. If you would like to attend please contact me to make arrangements.
Because this is a 'dry-run' session, there is no charge for attending.
